High-Performance Soft Sealing Butterfly Valve

◆ To provide a bidirectional 1:1 zero leakage function, the new lotoke soft-seal high-performance butterfly valve uses a double eccentric design. When the eccentric spherical valve plate approaches the valve seat, it creates a cam-like action that allows it to be pulled away from the seat without applying too much force, preventing the valve plate from making contact with the seat. This phenomenon diminishes the wear of the valve seat, lowers the working torque, and decreases the deformation phenomena. When the valve is closed, the valve plate's rotating motion is converted into a linear motion by this cam-like action, which essentially pushes the valve plate against the valve seat. ◆The precise and stable placement of the valve seat is guaranteed by the valve seat positioner and the valve body groove design.
